Job Description
Mission Recruiting is conducting an exclusive search for a senior attorney ready to help launch and scale a real estate transactional practice within a firm dedicated entirely to real estate law. This role offers the rare opportunity to shape a growing division while working directly with leadership and serving a strong existing client base across Southern California.
You will lead and support a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development-related transactions, property transfers, and entity structuring. As the transactional platform expands, you may assist with a small portion of related disputes to maintain workflow, with a clear path toward a predominantly transactional practice.
This position is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys autonomy, client development, and building systems that support long-term growth.

• 100 percent remote platform serving clients across Southern California
• Manage deals involving acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects
• Target compensation from $175,000 to $225,000+ plus 10 percent origination

Monthly billable expectations are 120 hours with a ramp period that allows the practice to build steadily.
