Salary Range: Based on experience

Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Studio Videographer / Camera Operator to capture high-quality video content across studio and on-location productions. This role is responsible for operating camera equipment, supporting lighting and audio setup, and collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver visually compelling content aligned with brand and storytelling goals.

Essential Functions:

• Operate professional video cameras and related equipment for studio and field productions 
• Set up and adjust lighting, framing, focus, and composition to achieve desired visual outcomes 
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to execute shot lists and production plans 
• Assist with staging, set design, and production setup/teardown 
• Monitor audio and video quality during shoots to ensure production standards are met 
• Capture b-roll, interviews, product shots, and lifestyle content as needed 
• Maintain and organize camera gear, lenses, lighting, and accessories 
• Troubleshoot technical issues on set in real time 
• Support live or recorded productions, including multi-camera setups 
• Ensure all footage is properly stored, labeled, and transferred for post-production 
• Ability to fill-in for Technical Director on an as-needed basis 

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in video production, cinematography, or a related field 
• Proficiency with professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, Canon, Blackmagic) 
• Working knowledge of lighting techniques and audio capture 
• Strong understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling 
• Experience in studio production environments preferred 
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings 
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends

• Editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) 
• Experience creating content for social media and performance marketing 
• Motion graphics or basic color grading skills
