Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: 6/30/2026 Pay Rate: $133000.00 - $170000.00

A major US medical group in the Poconos seeks a Critical Care NP or PA to join its skilled ICU team.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join a collaborative team of physicians and APP providers and work 100% at a high-performing hospital
• The incoming Critical Care NP or PA will enjoy a balanced schedule with no call responsibilities and provide 12 shifts per month of coverage, with additional shifts calculated at an hourly rate
• Earn attractive financial incentives, including a VIP incentive bonus of up to $7,500 annually, a signing bonus of $20,000 (with a 3-year commitment), and a relocation reimbursement of $10,000
• Full-time is preferred, but part-time may be considered
• Candidates without prior ICU experience will likely not be considered due to the autonomy of the position

Facility Location
In 1737, this area of East Stroudsburg became historic when it was first permanently settled in. A person by the name of Daniel Brodhead received a warrant of 600 acres in Bucks County, now called Monroe County. Brodhead, who was also a judge at the time, was friends with some of the local Indians, as well as with the Moravian missionaries who had settled there.
