Commercial & Residential Cleaner – Deep Cleaning Specialist (Full-Time/Part-Time/Per-Diem)

We are seeking an experienced Deep Cleaning Specialist with a strong background in residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning . This is a great opportunity for dependable cleaners who take pride in delivering high‐quality work and maintaining safe, spotless environments for our clients.

If you have at least two years of professional deep cleaning experience and enjoy working independently while meeting high standards, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and high‐touch surfaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• Handle move‐in/move‐out cleanings and post‐construction cleanups
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Ensure all assigned spaces meet quality and cleanliness standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of deep cleaning experience (required)
• Experience in residential, commercial, AND industrial cleaning (preferred)
• Ability to lift 25–30 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with floor machines, buffers, or industrial cleaning equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Flexible availability
