We are hiring Work From Home Inbound Contact Centre Agents to provide responsive and empathetic customer support. Responsibilities Receive and respond to inbound customer calls. Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Provide clear and accurate information about products and services. Log all customer interactions in the system. Follow company protocols and escalate issues when necessary. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
