Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.

  • Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and coordinating logistics.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain and update project management tools and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support project managers in tracking budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and travel arrangements for team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
