About the Role
The Company is in need of a Vice President of Operations with a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in a leadership role within this sector, with a direct focus on managing both sterile and non-sterile manufacturing processes. A key requirement is at least 5 years of experience in executive-level management, particularly in leading large, cross-functional teams.
