ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE:
SC Pay Grade GEN06 $37,200 - $48,300 - $59,500
HOURS:
Monday - Thursday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES In this challenging role, you will be supporting the INV - Inventory Control department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on automobiles, light trucks, heavy equipment, grounds maintenance equipment, snow removal equipment, facility backup generators, powered industrial trucks, low-speed vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and other alternative-fuel vehicles.
- Assist with the processing of college fleet vehicle and equipment additions and final dispositions, including titling, licensing, registration, and surplus documentation.
- Assist in the procurement of parts, supplies, and services through approved state contract vendors in accordance with General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and state procurement guidelines. Maintain accurate purchase logs and receipts for agency purchase card transactions and complete monthly reconciliations.
- Support the logistics department with equipment setups, fueling operations, material handling, and other related activities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Work experience that is directly related to the area of employment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of diagnostic practices and principles utilizing computerized testing equipment and the ability to interpret and solve mechanical difficulties using technical service manuals. Possess a Commercial Driver's License. The ability to lift 75 pounds assisted/unassisted. A valid Driver's License without any major incidents.
