Your primary responsibilities will include assigning and scheduling work for drivers, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of trips, and maintaining precise records of all driving activities. In this dynamic role, you will actively support drivers by providing directions, updating them on traffic conditions, and relaying pertinent information.As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will: Assign and schedule work to drivers to efficiently fulfill daily reservations/runsTrack and code the status of trips to ensure timely and accurate trip completionMaintain an accurate record of their assigned driving activities.Assist drivers with directions, traffic conditions or any pertinent information.Monitor reservations and relay information pleasantly to drivers and customers.Answer multiple phone lines, take and input reservations, dispatch drivers, track transports, maintain driver rotations, track airline flights, clear transports, and have effective radio communication.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
