Position Customer Service Associate Job Overview As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and providing top‑notch service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services, all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
