Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLPA licensure or certification, in accordance with state requirements
• Experience supporting speech-language therapy in school settings
• Strong communication skills for interactions with students, teachers, and families
• Solid understanding of IEPs, therapy documentation, and progress reporting
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical best practices
• Flexibility and adaptability in working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized therapy plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
• Provide direct and indirect services to students under supervision, supporting a range of speech and language goals
• Collect and document data on student progress and communicate updates
• Prepare materials, assist with scheduling, and support effective therapy sessions
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and family conferences as needed
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and welcoming learning environment
