Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the position of Snow Shoveler for the upcoming winter season. This role is essential in maintaining safe and accessible pathways during snowy conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to work outdoors in winter weather, and a passion for providing excellent service.

Duties

• Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas using shovels and snow blowers.
• Operate hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure efficient snow removal.
• Assist in maintaining landscape aesthetics by ensuring that snow does not damage plants or hardscapes.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize areas that require immediate attention during heavy snowfall.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment used for snow removal, including shovels, snow plows, and other machinery.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment as they arise.
• Engage in additional landscaping tasks as needed, including tree trimming, mowing, and irrigation maintenance during off-season periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in snow plowing or snow removal is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable to assist with equipment maintenance and operation.
• Familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience with excavators or construction equipment is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in winter conditions, including lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
