Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer with deep expertise in administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrades of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and ITOM, combined with solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and upgrade the ServiceNow platform .
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
• Build solutions using ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC .
• Implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery for on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure) environments.
• Leverage Integration Hub and Orchestration to automate IT processes.
• Design, configure, and maintain Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, and UI Policies .
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations , leveraging Performance Analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with CSDM framework, CMDB standards, and ITIL practices .
• Provide technical stewardship and support transformation of IT service delivery.

Essential Skills

• 5-8 years of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade experience.
• 4+ years in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on integrations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow data models, tables, and relationships.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of APIs, SSO, SAML, REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC .
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, and PowerShell .
• Experience with Integration Hub, Orchestration, ITOM Discovery, and CMDB .
• Knowledge of CSDM framework and familiarity with Performance Analytics .
• Backend development exposure with SQL Server (preferred).

Desirable Skills

• Experience in automating IT processes and data synchronization.
• Strong ability to map, transform, and synchronize data across systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and REST API integrations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead requirement workshops, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
