Mini-Van Driver

We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Mini-Van Driver to join our student transportation team. In this role, you will operate a company-provided Mini-Van to transport students safely and reliably to and from school, programs, and related activities. This position requires a valid standard drivers license and a commitment to ensuring student safety, professionalism, and punctuality. This position is working a split shift Monday - Friday at $20.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a mini-van in compliance with federal transportation regulations
• Transport students to and from school, field trips, and other approved destinations
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all student passengers during boarding, transit, and exiting
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle environment
• Follow assigned routes and schedules with reliability and punctuality
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, school staff, parents (as needed), and supervisors
• Complete required documentation such as mileage logs and incident reports
• Remain alert, attentive, and compassionate while supervising students on board

Requirements:

• Valid standard drivers license.
• Must meet all DMV and DOT requirements.
• Clean driving record and strong attendance history.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
