Paso Robles High School is seeking a School Clerk to help in the Athletics Department 4 hours daily PCN# 270002. Under general supervision performs a wide variety of responsible clerical duties in a school or business office setting: may act as receptionist and/or answer telephones, provide answers to simple inquiries, and route calls as appropriate; type emails as necessary; operate a variety of office equipment; maintain health records and school files; adhere to the standards of confidentiality and be detail oriented.
Education and Experience: ~ High School diploma or its equivalent ~Two years experience or training in complex clerical secretarial, attendance, clerical or accounting (preferable but not limited to the field of education) Licenses and Certifications: ~ Certification of passing of the District Clerical Exam ~ Certification of Google Suite - Basic level (to be completed by end of probationary period) ~ Certification of basic first aid/CPR skills
