School Clerk

Start Date: August 17, 2026 Work Year: First Institute Day to Last Day of Student Attendance (185 work days) Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. | 6:5 paid hours per day (30-minute unpaid lunch); 8:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. on half days Annual Paid Hours: 1,179.75 hours Contract Type: 10-Month, Educational Support Personnel (within the CBA) Bargaining Unit: District 30 Support Staff Association Wage Range: $21.42 - $28.26 per hour, based on applicable and relevant experience Wage placement is determined in accordance with the District 30 Support Staff Association collective bargaining agreement. The District honors verified years of relevant experience when assigning the initial hourly wage.

Wescott School is seeking a dependable and people-oriented School Clerk to join our front office team. This 10-month, non-exempt position plays a vital supporting role in keeping our school running smoothly each day. Working alongside the administrative assistant, office receptionist, and school nurse, the School Clerk helps create a welcoming environment for students, families, and staff from managing the front office and supply areas to supporting classroom activities and school events.

Qualifications:
