We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proficient in accounting software, and capable of working independently to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a regular basis.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review.
• Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Associate???s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
