What You'll Be Doing

1. In the warehouse, you will operate under the supervision of a manager or group leader.
2. Primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records and organizing for the shipping of products stored in warehouse.
3. Employees are responsible for kitting finished goods, processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately.
4. Responsible for inspecting products for defects, damages, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
5. Employees should abide by all safety rules, provide ideas on improvement opportunities and work to keep the warehouse clean and organized.

What You'll Bring

• A High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Able and willing to work overtime on short notice, demonstrates good judgment, and can balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Power Industrial Vehicle experience.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Working hours: Monday through Friday 2:45pm to 11pm.
• Be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Work in various positions such as standing or sitting and working in repetitive jobs/assemblies.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a pay range of $24.00-$28.00 an hour.
