Job Description

Point Quest Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department, supporting students and educational partners within our Education / Teaching / Administration network. In this role, you will provide high-quality, student-centered occupational therapy services that empower children and young adults to build functional skills, increase independence, and participate more fully in school and daily life. As an Occupational Therapist with Point Quest Group, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative services in school and community-based settings. You will address areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, visual-motor integration, self-care, and access to academic and social activities. You will work closely with special education teams, general education teachers, related service providers, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into meaningful routines, ensuring that services are aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and educational goals. You will participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions, offering clear professional recommendations and collaborating on accommodations, modifications, and supports that promote student success. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate, timely documentation; completing standardized and informal evaluations; monitoring progress; and adjusting interventions to reflect student growth and changing needs. You will also provide training and coaching to caregivers and school staff, helping them implement practical strategies that reinforce therapy goals across environments. At Point Quest Group, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive culture that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to consult with fellow clinicians, share best practices, and contribute to program development aimed at enhancing the quality and accessibility of special education and healthcare services. Our dynamic environment encourages continuous learning through supervision, mentoring, and ongoing professional development. This position is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working in educational and pediatric settings, comfortable traveling between school or program sites as needed, and eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with diverse needs. In return, Point Quest Group offers a collaborative team atmosphere, opportunities for personal and professional development, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health and retirement benefits and eligibility for performance-based incentives.
