Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $190000.00 - $215000.00

A collaborative workers’ compensation rehabilitation-focused pain management clinic in Palo Alto, CA , is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its mission-driven, multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a personable approach to patient care.

Position Highlights:

• Specialty: Pain management within the Workers’ Compensation system
• Schedule: Flexible; Clinic is Open M-F from 7:30-4:30,
• See an average of 16–18 patients/day (1-hr consults, 30-min follow-ups)
• 60% in-person / 40% telehealth visits. ALL conducted in the office
• Join a Collaborative and supportive work environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $190K–$215K
• Annual performance bonus $10K–$40K+
• 401K (4% match after the 1 st year, with immediate vesting)
• Three weeks PTO, eight sick days, and eight paid holidays
• $2,000 CME allowance

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year of independent post-grad clinical experience (orthopedics, PM&R, or pain management background preferred).
• Comfortable with workers’ comp patients.
• Personable, confident, collaborative — strong cultural fit for the practice.
