We are seeking a Director-level leader for an Interim Co-Director role in End User Computing (EUC), charged with driving the strategic integration of separate technology teams into a cohesive operational model. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence and proven experience in leading organizational change, developing management talent, and aligning technology strategies with enterprise goals in large-scale healthcare environments. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone prepared to transition into a full-time director position. This role involves acting as a Co-Director for EUC, focusing on strategic tasks while collaborating with the existing director on daily operations. The Interim Co-Director will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations when the primary director is unavailable, managing a team of four managers and a total headcount of approximately 50 people. Additional responsibilities include driving the integration of legacy end-user computing teams into a unified support model, proposing future-state support structures, serving as a key contact for EUC-related projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and fostering cultural integration and trust in a post-merger environment. Qualified candidates will have director-level experience in End User Computing and Field Services, preferably within a hospital, ambulatory, or large-scale enterprise setting, and demonstrate experience in post-merger environments. Key skills include assessing and developing management teams, defining and executing integration plans, strong leadership capabilities, and managing teams of 50 or more. Technical proficiency is required in ITSM principles, with experience using ServiceNow data, a working knowledge of Active Directory and endpoint management, and familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI for strategic decision-making.
