What You'll Do:

• Measure sites accurately, mark layouts, dig post holes, set posts in concrete, and install a variety of high-end fence types (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, custom designs, and more).
• Work on beautiful residential properties and professional commercial projects throughout the Boise area and surrounding valley.
• Collaborate with the crew and foreman to deliver flawless installations that exceed customer expectations.
• Handle materials with care, maintain tools and equipment, and keep job sites clean and safe.
• Occasionally interact with customers to review progress and answer basic questions—your work represents our reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Prefer someone with fence installing experience but if you're a hard worker and easy to coach that is just as good.
• Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in Idaho weather (digging, lifting, carrying materials).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship—no shortcuts here.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well in a small, tight-knit team.
• Experience with power tools, concrete mixing, and reading basic plans is a big plus.
