Family Medicine Physician | Maryland
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $260000.00 - $400000.00

An established, community-rooted independent practice in Maryland is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician. This practice has been providing comprehensive primary care since the late 1970s and is known for continuity of care, long-term patient relationships, and a highly supportive work environment.

Opportunity Highlights

• 4-Day Work Week (32 hours total)
• 3 clinic days: 8:00a–5:00p
• 1 late day: 10:30a–7:00p
• Light, Manageable Call: 1:5 weekends
• Very low call volume due to extended practice hours
• Partnership consideration within 12–18 months
