Entry-Level Event Assistant Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and live marketing events while helping create engaging customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with live event setup, coordination, execution, and breakdown
• Represent client brands and nonprofit organizations at promotional events and outreach campaigns
• Interact with customers and event attendees in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
• Support brand awareness campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and experiential marketing events
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about products, services, and campaigns
• Assist with event logistics, team coordination, and promotional activities
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and event goals
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
