Job Title: Journeyman Electrician | Lead Role | Commercial Projects

Location: DFW Area

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Limited Saturdays

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run a small crew (typically 3–6 electricians and apprentices)
• Plan your work using drawings, specs, and a 2-week look ahead
• Coordinate with GCs and other trades to keep projects moving
• Handle full scope commercial work: conduit, wire pulls, terminations, fixtures, trim-out
• Troubleshoot issues in the field and keep jobs on track
• Own safety, quality, and daily progress on-site

What You Bring:

• Active Texas Journeyman License
• Commercial electrical experience (you’ve done this work before, not just residential)
• Leadership experience running crews or ready to step into it
• Strong understanding of NEC code
• Can read prints and lay out work without hand-holding
• Shows up reliable and keeps jobs moving

• You communicate clearly with the field and leadership
• You take ownership of your projects from start to finish

Tools & Requirements:

• Standard journeyman tools
• Ability to lift and work on active job sites
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in the field
