Overview

OptiFreight® Logistics- a leader in healthcare logistics optimization-is seeking a strategic, data-driven- Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital engagement, optimize campaign performance, and support revenue growth across our logistics portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing programs that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

This position is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who is skilled in marketing automation, paid media execution, and performance measurement. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product marketing, creative services, sales, and external partners to bring programs to life within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and across various paid, owned and earned channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, launch, and optimize digital campaigns that support targeted go-to---market strategies for OptiFreight® Logistics.

  • Own end-to-end- execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including email development, segmentation, automation flows, scoring models, and nurture strategy.

  • Manage email marketing calendars, campaign creation, A/B testing, deliverability best practices, and reporting.

  • Execute and optimize paid search campaigns within Google Ads, including keyword strategy, ad copy creation, bid management, and conversion tracking.

  • Manage paid social campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including B2B audience targeting and strategy, creative collaboration, budget allocation, and performance optimization.

  • Support additional digital tactics such as retargeting, display advertising, landing page optimization, and SEO best practices to optimize for AI-driven search.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all channels; provide actionable insights to improve ROI, lead quality, and funnel performance.

  • Build dashboards and reporting structures (Salesforce, Account Engagement, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn) to communicate results to marketing and business stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular tests (A/B, multivariate, landing page tests) to continuously optimize digital performance.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Partner with the Enterprise Brand team to develop compelling digital assets, including email templates, display ads, landing pages, and paid media creative.

  • Collaborate with Product & Solutions Marketing and Sales to align messaging, target audiences, and campaign objectives.

  • Manage relationships with agency partners and digital vendors as needed.

  • Ensure all digital programs adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS/technology preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including automation rules, journey/nurture programs, and segmentation.

  • Proficiency with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, paid media strategies, and digital analytics.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce,

  • Experience in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain industries preferred.

  • Working knowledge of SEO, retargeting platforms, and marketing attribution models preferred.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting or landing page optimization preferred.

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $103,950
