Job Title: CNA / Travel CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Location: Elkins, WV

Contract Length: 11 Weeks

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a travel assignment in Elkins, West Virginia. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities while providing high-quality patient-centered care in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
• Record patient information and maintain accurate documentation
• Support nursing staff with routine patient care tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment
• Deliver compassionate and professional patient care

Requirements:
• Active CNA Certification required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced care environments
• Dependable attendance and professionalism required
