Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - University of Louisville (UofL) and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - University of Louisville (UofL).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Monitoring and sedation.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer to have greater than 1 year of ICU experience, will consider 2-3 yeas of Cardiac Stepdown experience as well

Required Credentials: ASN/BSN. EKG Competency.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend rotation: call only, see below - On call? Yes ▪ 1-2 weeknight call shifts per week ▪ 1-2 call weekends in 6-week Schule, 0700 Saturday – 0700 Monday ▪ 30-minute response time - Holiday Expectations: based on unit needs

Floating Requirements: Could float over to University Hospital. Could float to EP Lab.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
