Your role will involve ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for cars are essential in this role./ph3Duties Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform thorough cleaning, washing, and waxing of vehicle exteriors using appropriate tools and cleaning agents./liliVacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and upholstery./liliClean windows, mirrors, and interior surfaces, ensuring a streak-free and spotless finish./liliApply protective finishes to exteriors and interiors as needed./liliInspect vehicles for any defects, damages, or areas needing special attention./liliMaintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and equipment./liliProvide excellent customer service, including greet customers and answering any questions about the detailing process./liliAdhere to all safety and environmental regulations during the detailing process./liliAll team members are responsible for quality control and are expected to check vehicles to ensure they are finished meeting company standards before delivery to the customer./liliAll team members are responsible for helping to upkeep location appearance such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and / or minor landscape work./liliAssist with other duties as needed, including basic maintenance of car wash equipment./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliPrevious experience in car detailing or a related field is preferred but not required./liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines./liliGood physical condition and enjoy working outside in various temperatures and weather conditions./liliStrong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliAll employees are required to work weekends/li/ulh3Company Benefits/h3ulliCompetitive hourly rate PLUS commission, tip, and bonuses (various depending on position)/liliFlexible work schedules/liliEmployee discounts/liliPaid time off that starts accruing from day one/liliRetirement savings plan/liliOngoing training and development and opportunities for growth/li/ul/div
