Job Title

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Deliver proofs and completed print orders to customers
• Ability to safely operate a delivery van and follow all FSU Transportation guidelines
• Strategize and plan delivery routes to maximize efficiency
• Follow all procedures for Print Job Paperwork
• Log Completed Print Jobs out of Customer Log and take to Campus location for Invoicing
• File Invoiced and paid Print Job paperwork into Archived system
• Follow cleaning and maintenance procedures for the Delivery Van
• Put away paper deliveries daily
• Assist in Quality Control check as needed
• Assist in print and print finishing work as needed
• Weekly cleaning of print area including print office

Language Skills:

• Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Clean driving record and drivers license.
