    • Pay Range: Average annual commission based compensation ranges between $80,000 to $120,000+ per year. No commission cap. Pay guarantee for the first 90 days.

Job Description:
  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist them throughout the sales process.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product matches.
  • Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to customers in an engaging and informative manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with customers as needed through our Customer Relation Management tool.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and managers to achieve personal sales targets and company goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and our sales process to provide customers with accurate information and positive experiences.
  • Present a positive image for our dealership and brand.
Position Information:

This is a full-time, exempt-status position. You will have a set weekly schedule that will consist of 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday.
