REMOTE GENERAL LIABILITY ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a highly motivated General Liability Associate to join our dynamic Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload involving general liability, premises liability, transportation, and complex tort matters.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including presuit investigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct and analyze discovery, including document review, drafting and responding to written discovery, and preparing exhibits.
• Perform indepth legal research and draft highquality memoranda, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to advance case strategy.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as appropriate.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing.
• 1-5 years of experience in general liability or related litigation fields preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
